Install LitterUp on Android

LitterUp is in its testing phase and isn't on the Play Store yet. You install it with an APK file: it's safe as long as you download it from this site.

1. Download the APK on your phone

   Open this page on your Android phone and tap the button. If you're on a computer, send yourself the link to this page.

2. Open the downloaded file

   From the download notification, or through the Files app, in the “Downloads” folder.

3. Allow the installation

   Android shows “For your security, your phone currently isn't allowed to install unknown apps from this source”. Tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then go back.

4. Install

   Tap Install. If Play Protect asks to scan the app, accept: the app will install as normal.

5. Create your account and go for a run

   You'll get an activation email; then comes your first outing, your first items, your first challenge completed.

6. Updates

   During the beta, updates aren't automatic: come back to this page to install the latest version over the old one (your data is kept).
